Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

We offer a variety of types of massage for your benefit. Some, like Manual Lymphatic Drainage, or MLD, help you in other ways than providing relaxation or helping muscle function. By manipulating and moving around the muscles, certain types of massage help your body to release natural and consumed toxins.

What Is MLD?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, or MLD, is a form of gentle massage that allows you to move fluid and absorbed debris from your lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is responsible for detoxification. It receives and neutralizes the waste and toxins generated from food, any pollutants, the buildup of post-surgical fluid, and our body’s cellular activities.

It is also responsible for the fortification of the immunity cells: they contain white blood cells to help fight illness. This means that you need to have a properly functioning lymphatic system to have a strong immune system.
